She has admitted struggling with her weight for the past 14 years.
But Patsy Kensit has now conquered her demons, and has been unveiled as the new Celebrity Weight Loss Ambassador for Weight Watchers.
The 44-year-old actress shows off her svelte figure in a tight red dress in a promotional shot from the company after shedding a stone since starting the regime in August.
'I've got my sparkle back!' Patsy Kensit has been announced as the new Celebrity Weight Loss
Ambassador for Weight Watchers after shedding a stone on the ProPoints plan since August
Talking about the ProPoints plan, mother-of-two Patsy said: 'I have struggled with my weight for the last 14 years and tried every fad diet there is.
'Weight Watchers is the only thing that works and I feel better than ever. I’ve got my sparkle back!'
Patsy's weight loss of 14.5lbs means she is now the lightest she has been since the age of 30.
The announcement of Patsy's collaboration with Weight Watchers comes ahead of her new TV advert premiering on Boxing Day.
Weight battle: Patsy said she has struggled with her weight for the past 14 years, but is now the lightest since she was 30
The former Holby City actress spoke previously about her weight battle when she appeared on Strictly Come Dancing back in 2010, which she took part in shortly after spliting from her DJ husband Jeremy Healy.
She said in a previous interview: 'I wouldn’t say I was depressed when I went in, it was more a confidence issue.
'But yes, I’d had a really bad year. I had gone up to 11 stone – emotional weight, I think they call it. Going into that show was validation, in a way.'
Patsy now joins fellow Weight Watchers ambassadors, MasterChef's Gregg Wallace and news presenter Penny Haslam.
Food-lover Gregg was signed up as an ambassador after losing a stone in just 12 weeks on the plan.
Weight Watchers said at the time: 'Gregg is living proof that anything can be achieved if you put your mind to it.
'He is the perfect man for the job. Everyone here is absolutely delighted.'
