She first rose to fame on The X Factor as a puffy eyed teenager with bad skin two years ago.
But now Cher Lloyd has revealed the extent of her transition which seems to have been flawless to a sheen-perfect pop star.

Because she's worth it: Cher Lloyd has put her harsher look behind her, and overcome her acne as her sleek transformation is complete
In 2010 when she first emerged in front of the public eye Cher showed off a more grunge image with her beehive hair and baggy trouser look, while she often stepped out with bad make-up and less than flawless skin.
But fast forward to 2012 and it seems she's perfectly made the transition to a sleek and stylish pop princess.
The 19-year-old looked fantastic in a white mini dress, which was cut away under the arms and at the back.
Changing image: Her transition seems to have been flawless as she showed off her style while headlining a New York concert on Thursday night
And her former acne-prone skin was flawless with a healthy glow and lip-gloss completing the make-over.
Even her hair glowed thanks to its coiffed curls and perfect care from her stylists.
And she looked a far cry from her former street-style origins as she wore a figure hugging chic white dress with cut out detailing on the back - something she probably would have refused to wear when she was on The X Factor.
Critics chuckled when they heard Cher harboured ambitions of cracking America.
Shouldering the burden: The next pose on her red carpet agenda was the playful over-the-shoulder glance
It's not unusual: Cher is now sporting the pared-down, generic natural look sported by celebrities such as Cheryl Cole, Kim Kardashian and Glee star Lea Michele
The singer was the headline act at the J-14 Magazine In Tune Concert event at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York.
So no wonder the X Factor loser looked a little smug as she got ready to strut her stuff on stage in the Big Apple.
The English singer grinned with delight before her headline performance at the bash.
It is just the latest attention grabbing appearance by the singer, who earlier this month won new fans by performing at New York Fashion Week.

Her third single Want U Back also did extremely well when it was released in the US in May, and has since gone on to achieve platinum status for selling over one million copies.
She certainly seems to be enjoying her time in the States, and has been providing her followers with regular updates on her Twitter page.
Her latest post saw her standing next to a gigantic cut out singing Barbie, and she the Worcestershire native wore a look of girlish excitement on her face.

But Cher was not the only big name who was appearing at the teen bopper concert.
For baby Bieber Austin Mahone was the other headliner for the exciting show.
Other stars who turned out for the event included Billy Joel's daughter Alexa Ray, Tiffany Giardina, Aaron Carter and Thomas Fiss.
J-14 In Tune Concerts have been a vehicle to showcase some of the biggest teen singers on the rise, with past stars including Cody Simpson, Big Time Rush, Greyson Chance, and David Archuleta.
